HOW TO CREATE AN IPR ACCOUNT

1. Log in to the account: https://e-hakcipta.dgip.go.id/index.php/login
2. Create Your Account
3. Fill in the Copyright User Registration
4. Click the Copyright button at the top right
5. Select New Application
6. Download the Statement Letter and the Copyright Transfer Letter
7. Example of a completed Statement Letter (LINK) and Copyright Transfer Letter (LINK)
8. Prepare scans of the ID cards (KTP) of the student and the supervising lecturer, combined into one PDF file (LINK)
9. Fill in the data about the product to be copyrighted in the account that has been created
10. Make sure the account contains the Creator Data (containing lecturer and student data) and the Copyright Holder Data (containing lecturer and student data) (LINK)
11. Students fill in the IPR section of their account on the student activities website so that it can be displayed (LINK)
